TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA – the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data is envisaged. According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Information pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 and updates and supplemented and replaced by the EU Regulation EU / 2016/679 called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we inform you that the personal data of participants in this event will be processed for the purpose of the completion of the event. The treatment will be carried out with appropriate tools to guarantee security and confidentiality even through automated systems. The data will be processed by the “Asd TimeforTango” with registered office in Trieste, as promoter of this event, for the explanation of the practices closely related to the event. Pursuant to art. 7,8,9 of Legislative Decree n. 196/200 the participant will be able to exercise the relative rights among which to have access to his / her data, to request the modification and the cancellation or to oppose their use. The owner of the processing of personal data is “Asd TimeforTango”.  The member exonerates the hotel and the organization from any recourse and / or compensation for any damage caused to himself or others during the event.
